In 1989 Residence Le Terrazze opened after a year long, over all, restructuring.
In the heart of the historic centre, the house dates back to the 1400’s directly on the sea front, 4 meters from the beach and a few meters from the pier. The residence offers sound proof, elegant, comfortable and air-conditioned rooms. Every floor has a terrace facing the sun, with plants and flowers typical of the region. The terraces are lit up at night and furnished with tables and chairs and white umbrellas.
On the fourth floor there is a solarium facing the sea. On the first floor is a gym, sauna ,Jacuzzi and a completely outfitted Beauty farm (Spa). Hot croissants and news paper are offered daily by the management.
