All rooms are equipped with bathrooms, cooking hob (glass ceramic cook-top), microwaves oven, refrigerator, telephone with direct external and internal communications, digital electronic safe, Colour TV’s with remote control and VCR, satellite TV (European and American programmes).

NEW 2009: in each apartment free internet ADSL connection for your notebook. We offer in every apartment a DECODER SKY, with free vision of many programs (also in foreign language), from sport, to News, to National geographic, to History channel, to Gambero Rosso, as well as Fox, Fox crime, Jimmy and music channels for all tastes. Clearly we have not forgotten the children and young boys, with many channels dedicated to them: Animal Planet, Jetix, Yoyo, Smash and others. (Pay per view only for movies, front row, football).

Above prices are weekly: from Saturday to Saturday, taxes, VAT and services included, as well as electricity, water, linen, heating or air conditionning in summer, (napkins and dusters not included).

Also included in prices your favorite daily newspaper, croissants and daily cleaning (except kitchenette and Sundays). In the two roomed apartments with double bathrooms: only use of one kitchenette !

Available in our BEAUTY FARM JOAN CLUB, completely free, a gym for body-building and stretching , Turkish bath and sauna. Your Suncard gives you good for discounts on aesthetics treatments and purchases made at Joan’s perfume Boutique.

Four our younger guests in our Residence Villa Firenze (Via Dante al n. 35, only few minutes from Le Terrazze) the BABY-CLUB offers you a baby-sitting service, where parties, games, music, animation and colour create a fantastic time. The service is free (please ask programm at the reception).

Pets: Euro 20.00 per week (please ask the reception).
Extra person (added bed): Euro 35.00 per day (please ask the reception).
Extra change of linen : Euro 12 per person
Private parking: Euro 70 per week - Euro 95 per week (12/06-11/09/2010) .
To confirm: account 30% of the total amount; settlement upon arrival. ( the account is lost if you cancel your reservation).

Do not smoking   in the apartments and the common areas of the residence.

“WEEK ENDS and SHORT BREAKS”::  the week can be split, depending on availability, during the period from 03/01/09 to 30/05/09 and during the period from 12/09/09 to 24/10/09 (except Easter and Holidays).
